CONDITIONS
 
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
  • Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
  • Merchandise must be in its original box, as shipped by HarryAce. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
  • If you are returning merchandise, please contact us and give specific reasons for your return via e-mail to customerservice@harryace.com within 14 days of the date of shipment of your order. Upon receipt of your e-mail we will provide you with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#) and further instructions.
  • Customer is responsible for the original and return shipping cost. COD returns will not be accepted.
 
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
  • If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us via e-mail at customerservice@harryace.com within 14 days of the date of shipment of your order. 
  • Upon receipt of you e-mail we will provide you with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#) and further instructions.
  • NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

All returns must be accompanied with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). 
Customer is responsible for the original and return shipping cost. COD returns will not be accepted.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
